You will find all the articles written by Zakieh and I, as well as all the ones contributed by friends such as yourself on this page. The older version of our website, which grew parallel to our knowledge of web design and functionality, had become too confusing and cumbersome. In this new design we have focused on simplicity and ease of use. Like many others (CRAIGSLIST Excluded) we had fallen victim to flashing images and rainbow colored text! But that’s all in the past; like bellbottom jeans and my old sideburns!
As
we adapt the older articles to their new home the Archive page will
grow. Our plan is to then further categorize it by months and years.
After the migration to the new site is finished I can concentrate
on making the content fully searchable, maybe even use Google. That
process should generate a few articles to, I imagine …

To put it simply, hardware profiles allow systems administrator to say
which pieces of hardware are enabled or disabled when a system boots
up. Imagine that you had to remember to disable your NIC (network interface
controller) card on your lap top every time that you were starting it
while out of office thus not connected to the company network! What
